Laptop Fn key

Hi Everybody,
I am on a laptop right now and for some reason the Fn Key is staying on. When i press a key that has an Fn charichtar it uses the Fn one instead of the regular. I have to pres the Fn Key and then after i press a key it goes back to constant Fn. Anybody know how to fix this?

First of all, just try restarting and that may solve the problem.

I have done this before but i forgot how to fix it. There is a button that you can press with the FN button that turns itself on and off. Thats all I can remember, I hope that helps.
