Next build - $900 budget

I have a $900 budget, and cannot go much more above it. I have been thinking about the following setup:

epox ep-9npa+ultra - $105
amd athlon 64 3700+ - $270
1GB patriot signature series - $80
hitachi deskstar 160GB sata2 - $75
sapphire radeon x800gto2 - $200
lite-on cd-rw/dvd-rom - $30
cooler master centurion 5 - $45
fsp group (fortron source) 450W - $50

The rest of my budget will go to OS, keyboard, and mouse. How's it look?

get the DFI nF4 ultra-D board. dont get the X800GT02 get the 6800GT or 6600GT

I have the 6800, its a wonderful card. My vote for it.

i may spring the extra cash for the dfi board, for better oc'ing.i cannot afford the 6800GT. and i would like to get the x800gto2 because you can softmod it to 16pixle pipelines instead of the stock 12 i believe. i suppose i could the the bfg 6600gt oc because it costs the exact same as the x800gto2 would.

you can softmod an X800GTo? anyways go with a 6800 or 6600GT i would say.

You can call me an Nvidia fanboy, but I've had nothing but bad experiences with ATI.

so the vanilla 6800 or the bfg 6600gt oc? which one?

and yes, [a x800gto2 bios mod unlocks it from 12 to 16 pipelines, so its essentially like an x850xt since they both have r480 core

how's the thermaltake tsunami case? i like its looks, but am wondering how it does cooling wise and how sturdy it is.
