XFX Issues

I was reading reviews and wanted to know if it was true that XFX videocards are known for heat issues and such

Out of my personal experience last week - yes.

(Was fine for 10 months though and was never overclocked - but I think I had a pre overclocked 6800.)

XFX are poorly build and often fail.

Not there old Geforce 2 MX 400 video cards..... Mines still chugging along in a cheap computer that i use as back up.

Only 10% of them may fail, but thats a bigger percentage than anyone else, excluding Leadtek.

I thought Leadtek was a good brand? And what about PNY? They seem to be the only manufacturer selling AGP 6800GTs anymore.

leadtek IS a good brand, PNY are not very popular.
