Which program is the widest used mp3 encoder? i want to go from cd to mp3 (not illegal cause i bought the cd). Tks.

no, i mean cd to mp3 - i dont want to have to mess with wav to mp3, i just want a cd to mp3 - i know the program will convert it to wav but i want that to happen and me not have to mess with it. I found one called imTOO and its pretty good.

the best cd to mp3 is Cdex you can get it from http://download.com its freeware as far as i know and it works off of cddb (i think thats the site that does the id3 tags) its great no problems.
