NT File slow when using McAfee Antivirus

Has anyone had problems with McAfee antivirus server software. Since installing McAfee on the VPN server all connections are flakey. When the McAfee service is stopped everything is fine again.

Is there a fix??

When i was a tech at my high school i could not install anything on the machine or change any ip settings unless scan shield was off. I dont know why this is this way but it is very anoying. The machines at school were all win2k machines. All i can say is turn off scan shield. If you find anything else let me know.

Try disabling scanning of outbound files. This ahould help the performance a little.
