my fsb speed

ok since my fsb is running at 220mhz should i get better cooling for my northbridge becasue i heard running any fsb higher than 200mhz with socket a/462 can vegetate your northbridge lol and my heat sink on there does get a bit hott, what do you guys think? and im sure that thermal gel under the heat sink is all old and decapitated also

or should i just freshly thermal gel it with arctic silver 5 and throw on a 30mm fan

Well first, get better thermal gel, yes AS5 is good. Also, u wanna get a Zalman heatsibk/fan combo. That should cool you down sufficiently, although socket A is old tech.
