...to reverse the mouse pointer in windows so that it points the other way? I know this is a strange question but I use the mouse left handed so I want the pointer to point to the right instead of the left. I can't find any option in windows but can you change some peice of code so that the image is reversed?

There is an option but that just switches the buttons, not the pointer. You can download and install different pointers. You may just have to browse the net for pointer downloads and find one you like.
