Would it be ok for me to upgrade my ram to 1 GB? Here are the specs for my laptop...

Dell Inspiron 8600
Intel Pentium M Processor 1500 MHz
598 MHz, 384 MB of RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 (128 MB)

Also, is my processor considered good?

Hey! You just posted in another thread that you upgraded to 1GB RAM and that you had 256MB left over, which when you put in, corrupted your files. What kind of BS is this?

Ummm....excuse me but I was just asking a question...I took out the 1GB because of the corrupted file problems. I was wondering if my processor was able to be upgraded to 1.25GB...thats with the 256MB stick added...I didn't mean to offend you...

Well, in that case, you should've posted in THIS thread saying that you already installed 1GB and were having corrupted file problems.

And it should be fine for you to upgrade to 1GB RAM. As for your processor, its good for being on a laptop.
