Building a new system, where to buy

I am moving to Korea in December, and want to build a nice gaming rig. I like the looks of the $2000 system at http://www.sunkend.com/2000.html .

My question is this... should I wait until I get there and buy the parts locally, or should I buy them here and ship them over (I can ship it for free if I buy here). I hear that a lot of the electronics like that are cheaper over there. In fact, there is a HUGE electronics mall in Seoul.

built it here if the voltage is the same what about the plug would you have to get a converter?

They have same plugs as we do, AFAIK. I think their power system is based on 60Hz, as well.
