I would tend to agree, however I don't think that there is a noticable performance between the SATA drives and ATA133 in performance. As in you won't REALLY notice the difference in speeds.
However if I had the choice then SATA would be to go. Just because it's the newer of the two and has almost the same price tag.
LOL - I was saying it would be a great price for an HDD to use in a External Additional Storage HDD. Not for a system HDD. For a system HDD i always use SATA.
