PCI express card, not initially displaying

Ok so I have just bought this card, to go in this board.

I've put it in the slot and everything and hooked up the monitors and it doesn't work.

I have changed my Bios settings in init display to PEG2, PCI, Onboard, nothing works. My graphics card won't initially display anything through startup.

Can anyone tell me why?

what did you have in there before? I'm guessing that your installing this card in an exsisting xp installation? You need to say what bios version your running and if its the latest version. You need to say if you uninstalled the driver for the previous video adapter, prior to the install of the new card. As well as how far into the boot process it gets, if the display works at all at any screen

You obviously failed to check for compatibility, that budget motherboard might not even be able to run that video card.
