Game performance issue... :(

a friend of mine had an issue similar to this one, he's running an Asus A8V-E i think, but he installed the chipset drivers from the CD bundle, and his computer was as laggy and just plain crap as like a... 550mhz celeron. no joke, but in games it ran everything like it should.. the problem ended up being dodgey chipset drivers, so maybe try downloading different/newer ones.

use something to measure ur hottest temps like when ur playing games ad shit. i think its either heat or u overclocked and ur not getting enought power. one or the other.i had the same exact thing and it was always that. and for refernce i have dsl and when my phone rings i get cut from the internet. huh lucky me lol but u dont hear amy sound loops when getting cut from internet. at least i dont. i think its heat cause those were probably ur idle temps and u could be going over 60C when playing games.
