Dell Xps Gen 2 Display problem

I have a probem with the display, the writing, desktop images and photos show properly, but some images are not showling sharply, they are like not blurred but kinda pixeled...
i've tried reinstalling, updating my video driver which is the Nvidia geForce Go 6800 Ultra.

Any ones knows what could be wrong?

oh i learnt this trick on the dell forum, all you have to do is click start and run regedit. in regedit u serch for usehr. wen u access the usehr window change the number on the window from 1 to 0, that should work! it worked on my inspiron 9300!!!
