it doesn't have to be exactly 12V, but at least close to it. if it goes more than about 0.5V out then that's a problem

The BIOS won't report in real time the dips and rises in voltage that you would experience while in video games and doing things on the computer. But yea 12.00V at all times would be very nice.... Mine goes to 12.16v >_> Then under Prime all the way down to 12.04 >_>

You cant monitor your BIOS while in windows and putting that kind of stress on the parts in your machine...........

It will be a driver issue. You not only have to get the latest driver from Ati, but also go to the game website and I bet you will find several patches. The 9600XT is a good card generally, it just has lots of issues with certain games.
