is thier any program out there other then dvd shrink that i can use

you dvd rom dma is in pio more, unless you are using your dvd burner to rip. they are automatically slow. if you uninstall them, it will reinstall your ide drivers and your dvd rom drivers when you reboot it

eric it still runs really really really really really really really really really really really slow what other program can i use to rip them i use clone dvd to burn them

that's your problem. dvd bruner automatically rip at low speeds (1-2x). buy you a DVD ROM for 25.00 to rip with, they rip 16x on a dvd 5 (one layer disc), 8x on a dvd 9 (dual layer disc)
