I cant buy the x-fi card at tigerdirect, ill just update it later when im ready. my main focus right now is graphics and case/cooling, but i am gonna get the audigy now bcause my sound card right now SUX....

3 try tp get 2GB

I posted what you should get in my original Config. Now your asking again what you should get?

x-fi xtrememusic, DFI because it's the best for overclocking, The 2gig i listed is dual channel and you can afford a 7800GTX. You said, "$2000"

if you can afford a 6800ultra then you can afford a 7800GT cause a 6800ultra is like 500 dollars still lol.

i think im gonna get 1.5 mb RAM, SLI 6800 ultra, and x-fi platinum, and the dfi mother board. with those changes, i should be able to pwn bf2's sound and graphics maxed out?

also.. if i buy parts and let them sit around IN THE BOXED THAT THEY WERE SHIPPED IN, will they be damaged/harmed/degraded in any way?

do not get SLI 6800ultra, the ultra is just a waste of money, get 2 7800GT for the same price. or 1 7800GTX if you like.

and no they wont be damage in the box...
