infinity or lanparty?

just wondering if anyone could tell me roughly what performance difference there would be between a 3700+ san diego and a 3800+ venice. this is the range i'm looking at and the retailer i am planning on using (in australian dollars) carries them for $415 and $489 respectively.

edit: rather than making another post i thought i'd just edit this again. so should i take this deal or pay the extra for a lanparty. i'm not quite sure in the difference between infinity and lanparty but the way i understand it infinity is still highly overclockable. anyway heres the bundle http://www.nintek.com.au/x/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=2730

IMO- Go with the 3700+ San Diego, You could easily overclock it to 2.4GHz without having to worry about heat, and you could run it 24/7. The 3700+ offers a bigger L2 Cache, double the size of 3800+.
I hope this helps your question.

the OCZ performance series, is a very nice ram that can OC pretty far. and its cheap, if your talking about the 111 dollar one for 1GB
