change your address. get a free address from hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc and use that for all the sites that require an email address. let those accounts flood and don't bother checking it. that's what those accounts are for.
BTW, when you make a new email address make it like(first initial)(lastname)@ or something like that a dictionary attack can't quess. If create a user called bob@anything.com you will always get crap.
