Strange process running on PC ?

Hi:

Everytime I start my computer I get this message

eliteycr32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

I click ok and nothing happens for the rest of the day . It justs comes up every day when I boot up my PC

ANy ideas ???

it's some sort of spyware. Run your spyware and antivirus software and see if it's still there. If it is, download hijackthis extract the file, do a "scan only", then post the log here.

If I start the PC on safe mode with networking ...the log for the hijackthis would work too ?

you mean running HighJackThis in safe mode w/ networking ?

I would run it in normal mode to make sure you get all the processes running at that time.

But yes , Im sure you can run it in sm w/ networking.

I beleive if you run it in safe mode, the entries will still be there but not all of them will be running.
