Recommend a $100 GFX card please

I have a really old sytem and am looking for something to get me by until I fully upgrade to PCI-E.

Athlon XP 1800
GeForce 4 4800Ti 128MB
1GB Ram
350W Enermax PSU

My buddy is giving me his old Athlon 2200 and Mobo (not sure which type) and I am looking for a reasonable card to go with it.

How much does the graphics language affect performance? I was looking at these 2 refurbs, one is 256MB but the other is made by ATI and has OpenGL 2.0 and higher speeds.

I like the look of the Sapphire more, what are everyone's thoughts? For $88 either look like a good deal but if there is something else you want to recommend please throw it out there.

Now, Im not the best at the gpu comparisons or reviews, So its hard for me to tell you which one to get.

I would search both those cards on the web and see what other people say about these cards. I just didn't want to leave you hanging so I thought I would reply.

Yeah I just noticed they were both 9600, I thought they said 9800 Doh! I am really looking for a 9800Pro or similar, can someone recommend one?
