Need help bad (please help me)

Get into the BIOS, and have the comp boot from the CD. Insert your XP disk, and have the comp boot it. Choose the option to install, not repair.

The OS from the other computer will not work in a different computer. You HAVE to reinstall, period.

I did that & I got the same screen.

You can restore that using a start up disk with the windows that you have.
