Ok i got to the bios screen i have NO IDEA how i just kind mashed f keys and pressed enter space bar w/e lol.... anyways once i got to it i was lost i have NO idea where to go or what to do there

You're looking for the boot order...probably somewhere in the Advanced Settings. Find those, and change first boot device to CDROM. Then save the changes.

I found the first boot device buts there only 2 wierd number options floppy and disabled
