Can any1 advise me on which cooling system and power unit to buy?? please visit my previous posts to see my motherboard, hdd e.t.c. to find a power unit which is compatible and good enough to power a super system

Price for Power Antec is the way to go. If you want to go extreme you can check out the new Antex Phantom 550W for almost 200 bucks or you can still kick ass with the Antec True Blue 480W PSU for a bit over 100 bucks. Volt for votl and amp for amp Antec outperforms a vast majority of the PSU market. Check out xoxide.com thats a kick ass website for PSU's. Or get your froogle on.
