Suggestions on new Video Card for my box

Through work, I am going to be trading up some of the my video cards. Provided that there is still a 1 year manufacture's warranty on the equiptment and/or we know where it came from, the boss does not mind me trading up my computer parts.

Anyways, I will be trading in the following for a newer video card soon. (Between now and March)
2x nVidia GF4 MX400 64Mb
1x Radion VE 7000 64Mb
1x Riva TNT M64 32Mb

I am trying to work out which video card chipset to get.
I want to get some thing that is good (not the latest chipset)
I do prefer nVidia to Radion.
I do play quite a few games, and I am currently waiting for UT2k4 to come out.
And in about 12 month time, I will most likely be trading in and upgrading again.

Suggestions please.

what type of AGP Slot do you have....4X, 8X, or PRO?

yeah, the agp question is important. I recommend the 9600XT ($150) over the 5700 Ultra. It is usually a little faster. If you want something faster you should get a 9700 pro ($200) I would stay away from nvidia's current FX line, it is usually not as fast as the ATI counterparts for the money, and don't handle AA and AF as fast and can have lower visual quality. The ATI cards are also being shown to be much faster on HL2, whenever that fianally ships...
