PSU monitor program?

Does anyone know a program that will show the voltage on each of your PSUs rails?

I know both MBM5 and Everest can show them...but they both show completely different results.

Anyone know another program?

Also which fan would be "system fan" As it is reading 0rpm in my BIOS

Also I ran the computer without the side of the case on for about 5 minutes just to check all the fans were working. Is it safe to run it without the side of the case on if you don't touch anything?

it's safe and you can actually touch some stuff there, but be careful with the static electricity. i meself like to feel the heatsinks and sometimes gpu ram. mmmm.
