Dell 4600 ram help.

Im not sure what type of ram i need to run on my pc. Im looking to upgrade my two chips that = 512mb. I have 4 open ports that i can use for ram and im useing two of them. I need help on what ram i should use and links of them. Im looking upgradeing another 1gb of ram. So it = 1512 mb. Any help would be great

What speed DDR RAM? 266, 333 or 400?

I cant find the speed on it. All i have about it is, ddr-sdram, size 512mb, frequency 166.6. That is all i know about it. ANy help
