Got a question,
im running Win XP pro on a Novell 4.11 network with client side gui. all of my local and network drives map correctly.
Local Drives
A: C: D:
Network Drives
F: G: H: O: S: Z:
Here seems to be the problem. I have a lexar secure jump drive, and a couple of other USB drives. 2 multiformat card readers and a dazzle, all USB. it seems that sometime my USB drives will install and mount correctly, and othertimes it wont. also, neither USB drive or cardreader/dazzle will mount at all when both are involved. The card readers and dazzle will be on one or two machines at most, while the USB drives will be on all machiens.
The question: Is there a way and how do you manually mount (or permanantly) assign a drive letter in windows so that all USB drives will mount under the same letter, alternatly permantly assigning a letter to the card readers/dazzle?
thanks
