Hello,

I need some help with a Spreadsheet problem, so anyone with good knowledge please help me.

When i enter "=Range(A1:A5)" i get "#Name?"

A1 and A5 been cell positions

what cell are you entering this formula into?

name usually means a bad cell reference. this could be a circular cell reference though

If you type "=RANGE(B7:K7)" in cell P7 it will give u "#NAME?" instead of the answer.

i dont see range in my function list. im using openoffice though. goto insert | function and try to find it, but ill bet its not there

Hmm, thanks ill have a look and see if theres another command that means range..
