Beginner Setup. Opinions from the experienced, please!

I'm just wonderin, as I am buying a new computer, I want to be able to play games but it doesnt matter if they dont run on the highest of quality for the time being, is this system any good, please help...

OR, since I will be using the computer mainly for gaming, should I get an Athlon 64 3700+ san diego skt 939 processor with all same other setup, apart from mobo....

first of all switch over to amd
second of all make your own thread lol.
