If i upgrade my processor i think i need to upgrade my power supply Too!

I'm going to say that if you're upgrading your processor, it should show no significant extra power consumption. Is the processor going out, or the PSU? sounds like you're saying both are bad.

if it works with this system now, then just putting a CPU a bit higher end is not going to make much of a dint if anything
