Are you really sure a 9600 XT is better then a 9800 SE.

Well, if you unlock the 9800se it will be faster than a 9600xt, however you have to get the right card and there can be artifacting problems. If you want to take a gamble with it you could get a fast card for the money, but you have to use hacked drivers and it doesn't work on all cards.
