just a few quetion for you. the first what is the main difference between the atx 2 and atx 1 is it just the connectors or is their more. would i be better off paying for an atx 2 than getting the 20 to 24 pin converter

next question how much better is sata II than sata

2. SATA II i believe has double the transfer speeds of regular SATA. If i remember right, SATA I transfers at 150mb/s and SATA II is 300mb/s. i think...

i think 100mb/s is regular ATA harddrive transfer speeds, i could be wrong, my memory isnt very good 2day.

yeah ata i think is 100 or 50 mb /s but most hdds dont do 150mb/s thats max
