sure, set them to CS.
there should be a diagram on the drive explaing how to do this. Just don't go and place that clip just anyware, that might cause problems.
Just remember, the best way to get rid of the: D: F: H: and whatnot problem, is to set everything up right, then install windows.
So you might be re-installing windows soon.
