Uh yeah. you'll need a PSU... A case... An Operating System... An optical drive...

So 2000.00 isn't really a realistic budget for a dual core/ sli system.

I would say get the dual core 3800. But dont waste your money on SLI, its a big rip off, just get one good card like a 6800GT/ultra or 7800GTX if you can afford it.

And Maxtor hard drives are fine from my experience. I have one from 3-4 years ago that came with my old Dell, and I swaped it into my new computer a little while ago. Its been running pretty much 24/7 for those 3-4 years too, and has never given me a single bit of trouble. Even thou my Maxtor has treated me good, I would sudgest Seagate anyway, lol. Seagate is just a good brand.

Seagate Barracuda 200 gig hard drive (or somethig better if u want it)

the antec NeoPower 480 is a good PSU and as for HDDs, go with Western Digital or Seagate Barracuda.
