Alright,
So i like all of the things you picked except your motherboard, it's not the best choice for a AMD build, are you planning on adding another video card, if not why go SLI, huh?
Get a DFI LanParty Ultra-D:

Or just get a DFI SLI board if you are planning on getting two cards,
The CPU, RAM, Video card and Case are all fine but:
1) What's your budget?
2)Hard Drive?
3)Optical Drive?
4)PSU?
5)are you only building the tower? you don't need a monitor, keyboard etc.?
6)maybe a sound card?

but just wondering wat is wrong with the asus, just wondering...
1) i m trying to keep the budget under 1000 its still alot for me
2)i have a 10gig that i can use for the time being
3)i have a cd rom and cd-rw until i get a new dvd-rw
4)i think that i will use thepsu for the case

I won't let u use the PSU the comes with the case, I will find u, track u down and stop u from using a "came with Case PSU" buy a separate one, antec, enermax, OCZ. those are good ones.

Yea, thats the worse thing, when your comp craps out on you, becuase of a crappy psu... go ocz

tigerdirect has good deals when you buy the motherboard and the cpu in a package. [bash me, i dare ya]
