Everything works but no signal to monitor

i had this problem and it was simply my vid card pushed the release tab on my ram

but your problem probably isnt related, jjust thought id share

this could be a number of things make sure that nothing is shorted out .Hopefully you didnt crush your CPU.The CPU fan is plugged in.Your memory is slotted correctly.Not being able to see your bios sounds like MB DOA
