My new set-up need advice!

Hello folks, I'm curtailing my previous problem with a purchase of a new rig{AGAIN!} THIS time I'm gonna do it right!

I know, I know, this is a crummy 462 A socket... But I'll be gettin' a new 64 bit later on when I get th' dough, and simply turn this into a e-machine {I'll FINALLY be able to KILL this piece-of-schit back-up PC!!}

But for now it's an A socket...

Now if there's ONE thing I've learned is that You CANNOT muss-up the PSU, and this here's the bulk of my question, will I be killin' this system with this ATX 400W PS?

I did some research, but I'm not sure{Would like conformation on this}But I hope this ain't no imposter ATX...Case/PSU combos are sometimes suspect!
