boot problem...

I cant get my computer to boot live cd's

it will boot the win98 and winxp setup disk just fine...

I tried to boot mac os X86, but no luck, it is a dvd if that makes a difference...

any suggestions

Ummmm....Unless you use VMWare you wont be able to boot OS X on a PC. But that also includes a few hacks to get it to not lookf for Apple hardware. Aside from that i dont think you will get it to work.

I got a copy, but besides that, I cant get my computer to boot dvd's or linux live cd's

Umm that is for the new Apple computers. They are going to Intel processors. It is not for PCs it is still for Macs. As for your other problem, have you changed any options in your BIOS lately? Check to make sure you can boot from CD before it goes to your HDD.

thanx for the suggestions..., I think its hopeless though... cause windows cd's will boot, but linux live cd's and that os x86 won't
