1st OC - AMD 2500+ Which MSI Mobo?

I am getting an AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton and I want to know which motherboard will alow mw to do this efficiantly yet easily
I heard MSI was good for overclocking so I have these in mind

MSI KT4AV-L, S.462, 266/333FSB, Audio/LAN, DDR333/400, Retail Box

MSI KT6 Delta-LSR, SATA Raid, S.462, 333/400FSB, Audio/LAN, DDR333/400, Retail Box

MSI K7N2 Delta-L, S.462, 333/400FSB, Audio/LAN, DDR333/400, Retail Box

Which one should I get

O ya...sys specs

Athlon XP 2500+ Barton
420 Watt case
Thermaltake 10+ cpu Fan w/Heatsink
2x 256Mb DDR400 PC3200 (512Mb) and
Radeon 9600 XT 128Mb DDR

I have also heard about ASUS mobos....if u can recomend one of those also that would be great...actually.... recomend just any mobo

I haven't had any experience with msi mobo's though I hear they are really good for oc'ing. As for asus, I do have experience with the a7v8x-x and it seems to be a good mobo. I haven't oc'ed yet but it's in the near future.

i have the kt6 delta lsr and it is a very gud board i would recomemd it to any1. as would i most msi boards only problem is make sure if u get one get the version with the northbridge fan and have urself sum arctic silver cos it gets quite hot from time to time.

I have the A7N8X-Deluxe v1.04 and the Barton 2500.
I can't get the external clock past 180MHz without it failing to run 3DMark2001se... also with the latest bartons (post week 39) the multipliers are locked. You should bare that in mind when choosing processor.
Your o/c will apparently depend on your ram, I have TwinMOS 3200. I have been told cosair and ocz are best to get tight timings and compatibility.

I have NO idea what to do to ram......al i know is I have 2x 256Mb DDR400 PC3200 Ram....what do I do to Ram settings if I get an
MSI K7N2-Delta (Is this any good?) I don't know about ram timings and stuff
