i have a prob wit my comp
i tried to convert to fat 32 and it is now completely screwed
i cant access windows or get into command prompt
any ideas what i can do?

You cant convert from ntfs to fat32 but you can from fat32 to ntfs

What error message do you get. Is is a NTDLR or a Boot.ini error? If we have this information we can try and help more.

it asks for the reload cd and it wont work
even after the recommended time
it says error with bios lock

What did you use to attempt to convert to FAT 32 and form what? (NTFS, FAT 16?) We need to know this first off. If you have negatively affected the partition data your computer won't find the OS load, which sounds like that what is happening. You might be able to install NTFS Partition on the drive with the existing data using partition Magic. But we need to know the how and whats of what you did to the computer.

i was using ntfs and tried to convert to fat 32 as i thought it was more stable and secure but obviously not!
once done, it wouldnt load so i hit f8 and said to run with las known good configuration settings
it work so i went to run a scan disk and then this error message came up
i used partition magic to convert to fat 32
i then went to run a scan disk and it then proceeded to get screwed up
