Let me clarify your sig.

You cant compare an XP vs a celeron.........

And the pentium II line was better than the k6 line.
 
The K6 did far better near the EOL than the PII

And the Athlon XP is the competitor to the Pentium 4...
 
My IDEAL rig would take way too long to type in.

Suffice it to say that it would be multiple multi-core processors, an ungodly amount of RAM, an obscene amount of storage, quad displays (20"+), phase change cooling, and multiple redundant PSUs.

Think multiple Crays on steroids.
