Yes, if the account connects to a POP3 account of some kind...then the mail is automatically downloaded to the local PC. But, you can share a drive on a local PC, share it on the network and then map a drive to it on both machines. Then you can setup archiving in Outlook, to this mapped drive. Then both users could view the mail. Once the mail was read, the other could view the archive folder on the mapped drive and read the mail.....
