I built my pc 3 days ago and has been working flawlessly. I constantly check the system and cpu temps(wich is about 37C) and my fans are always at 1100rmp and very quite. Today when i came home from school, i noticed my cpu was a bit loud but i though it was normal but then i checked my Fans RPM and it was 5000-6000 and my system temps are more stable. I tried to lower the rpm on my MSI Core Center thingy and it wont work. Is there any other way to turn the rpm down? will the fan spinning at 5000-6000rpm be bad for the cpu and the fan?

i honestly dont know what the room temp is....

i can get over the noise i guess...but i got another question...im using pc alert 4..and an alarm goes off , it has to do with voltage. the one that needs 12v i guess says it gets something like 1.9v and turns red...is that bad?

EDIT: but then i use core center(pc alert 4 and core center are both msi software) and it says i get all the proper voltage...so which one to believe? the rpm on my cpufan and Nb fan are the same in both programs
