read only files

How do i delete read only files???

The files are on a dvd-rw, a friend put some files on there for me.

Can you drag them off the DVD and then delete them?

No, it just copies the file!

So when you copy the files your drive, and then you try to delete it, it makes another copy? Take the DVD out, go to msconfig and make sure you disable everything because there might be something using it, dont disable the your AV or FW, and reboot, now put the dvd back in and see what you can do
