unusual beeps

alright, i started my computer and then i was surfing the web and then my computer stopped and started to beep, about 1 beep every 15 seonds or so. and then the computer would go really really slow, step by step. its weird, never happened before.

yeah, it only happens when i visit that page, which is a profile of one of my friend, iw ould present a link but he has requested me not to.
im starting to think it is my video card again, because i took my my panel and now all of a sudden my video card is getting very hot, hot to the touch on the heat sink, the fan works but is very loud now, i have a evga 6600 gt not overclocked
