So would it be safe for me to post links to software to download for members but without cracks and serial keys? We have discussed that its ok to download the software but not ok to apply the crack, keygen, or illegal serial that you didnt pay for. If this is a go, I will post links to the files for our members to download but it will be their responsibility to get a legal/legit/paid serial or use their own they bought but lost the software, etc.

I don't think this will go over. It's too close to allowing people to download for pirating. That is going to get a no go from the mods... at least that is what I would suspect. It's the same thing for bit torrent. They are shutting down the sites that provide the links...
Better safe than sorry.

well, if its a trial version where you have to download a key for a full registered version I dont see the problem as it doesn't violate anything (unless they have a problem with linking without permission).
