What to buy for $500 and under...

Sorry about all the threads but I have about $500 max to spend, and I am wondering what would be my best bet to buy for $500 or under. And don't say 6800 GT because I am taking that into consideration...not sure yet though....there are many other attractive things such as an 8ms LCD monitor or a Mac Mini. What would you suggest?

I just posted about 6800 in your other thread, didn't know you already put that into consideration.
I would suggest you save money and build a new computer in a few months. Or just get a nice CRT

Although, as discussed in your other thread, you could definately use a 6800 GT, I second what TheMajor says. There are too many technological advancements right around the corner now to spend money on odd bits of stop-gap hardware. Wait until you can upgrade your CPU, mobo, video card, monitor...
