Is it still possible to find an AGP 6800GT?

I LOVE my 6800 GT AGP !

I got mine when they first came out.
Think i paid about $500 for mine.

I payed 275 for mine and i love it. I OC it past ultra speeds and boy am i glad that i got mine when i did. Stil though, on that coment about XFX, beggers cant be choosers.

im guessing thats why newegg was down for basically the whole day yesterday. to clean up. cause they HAVE NO MORE stuff. like th the DFI nF3 that was gone for a couple of months

No it's because there was a massive power outtage here in southern california which is where newegg is located (although they do have a facility in tennessee as well)

Believe it even said that on their website as well

Its unbelievable how much they are forcing out AGP. Its not like its ancient technology.

Never a truer word spoken. After making the transition to PCI-E I'm happy, but nevertheless at the time had I been able to purchase an AGP 7800 GTX I would have done so most probably. In the UK it's pretty hard to find a AGP 6800 GT too, other than the odd sample here and there:-

I would get the Leadtek. If you cant find an eVGA then thats your best bet. Also, ever think to check ebay?

I've always wonder this:

If SLI boards use (2) 16x PCIe slots - but when (2) VGA's are in use each slot only operates at 8X, why the hell don't they make a few AGP - SLI Mobos?

I'm sure this can be easily done.
