OK so i have a problem with my card..9800 se from radeo I called RMA and got a replacement I in stalled it and its still choppy thinkgs disappear and reappear so I dont know what else to do anymore...Do you think its my motherboard...?
I would check your Monitor out. A new video card shouldn't be the problem. Unless, the video card is a faulty one. Also, I would check and make sure your vga cable is fitted nice and snug.
