Well, what is your spending limit? First off, I don't recconnize(sp) that brand of mobo. I would suggest a DFI Lanparty and don't get a ATI 9800. I would go for an Nvidia 6600GT or even a 6800 Ultra. Not sure how good that proc is.

Thatq VidCard ain't worth it. Get a eVGA 6800, its much better and if you want you can overclock it to the 6800GT.

If your not going to overclock don't get that RAM. Just get some basic ValueRAMfrom Corsair or something.

If you are going to get a 3700+ I would recommend getting the San Diego core.

I have never heard of that Motherboard. Soem reliable companies i would buy from are: DFI, MSI and GIGABYTE.

Thats my advice.
